By ordering from us, you agree with our posted processing and shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds 30 business days, you can Contact Us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We are so confident in our cutlery that we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If your order has any defects, we will replace it for free.

Majority of our flatware is dishwasher safe.

If washing by hand, do not use abrasive brushes and be sure to rinse and dry immediately afterwards to prevent rust and stains.

Absolutely. But, if you're looking to extend the life of your cutlery, you may want to wash our gold, black and colored cutlery sets by hand in hot soapy water. Frequent dishwasher use will eventually fade colored cutlery.

To extend the life of your flatware, be sure to wash and dry immediately after use. Some food is harsh to stainless steel and can cause pitting, erosion and discoloration if left on your cutlery for long periods of time.
